Welcome to Neusuli ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of eSIM products and services through our Shopify store and related mobile/web applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide prepaid eSIM data plans that allow you to access mobile data in multiple countries and regions without requiring a physical SIM card. Upon purchasing an eSIM plan, you will receive an eSIM profile (typically delivered via QR code or activation code) to install on your compatible device.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers on our Shopify platform. All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Important Notice:

  • Once an eSIM activation code or QR code has been issued, the transaction is deemed final and complete.
  • After delivery, all sales are final, and we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by applicable law or specifically provided in our Refund Policy.

5. eSIM Delivery and Activation

Upon successful payment, your eSIM details will be delivered via email or displayed on-screen. Delivery typically takes a few minutes, though occasional processing delays may occur.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.
  • Properly installing the eSIM profile and following all provided activation instructions.
  • Checking local network coverage and data usage restrictions for your intended destination.

6. Service Use and Limitations

eSIM plans are provided by third-party global and local telecommunications operators. Neusuli operates as a reseller/distributor and does not own or directly manage cellular network infrastructure.

We assume no liability for:

  • Network outages, speed drops, or lack of local signal coverage.
  • Device incompatibility or user configuration/installation errors.
  • Roaming restrictions, regulatory firewalls, or service blocking in specific countries or territories.

7. Support and Troubleshooting

We provide customer support for:

  • Order processing and payment inquiries.
  • Delivery issues (e.g., failure to receive the eSIM code).

For carrier-level network performance or technical issues occurring after proper installation, you may be required to work directly with the underlying telecommunications provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Neusuli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
  • You assume sole responsibility for verifying device compatibility and executing proper configuration.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and brand materials on this store are the property of Neusuli LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications to Products and Prices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any eSIM product, service feature, or pricing structure at any time without prior notice. Orders placed prior to any change will be fulfilled under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our store or services immediately if you breach these Terms or violate applicable laws.

12. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer personal information, and all transaction data is processed securely under Shopify’s compliance standards.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, applicable to Neusuli LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles and without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
